Found a surprise!
Apparently dirt/rocks were moved around. Now there is a big pile on the lot next to ours (not yet sold?), and a backhoe has taken up residence in our future driveway. This is exciting stuff here people!
In related news, it appears our new soil is filled with shale or maybe slate, and looks like red clay. That should make starting a lawn and planting a garden super easy. (sarcasm).
Also saw some new neighbors moving into a house at the end of the loop, and checked out the Torino model Ryan sold as a promotion macked out with every available feature. It's ginormous, and eats up its entire lot. Can't wait to see it's progress - and who moves in!
